Bebz TV ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bebz TV application on the Roku platform and the website at bebz.tv. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Bebz TV:

• Device ID: A unique identifier derived from your Roku device, used to link your device to your account and subscription status.
• Subscription status: Whether your device is active, on a free trial, or inactive, along with the expiry date of your subscription.
• Playlist information: The media subscription URLs and credentials you submit through our website to add playlists to your device. These are stored temporarily and deleted automatically once your Roku device receives them.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your subscription status and grant access to the app.
• To deliver playlist configuration to your Roku device.
• To display your subscription expiry date within the app.

We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the Bebz TV service.

3. Data Storage

Your device ID and subscription status are stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase. Playlist credentials are stored only temporarily — they are automatically deleted once your Roku device picks them up, or after two minutes if the device does not respond.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your information with any third parties, except as required by law.

5. Third-Party Content

Bebz TV is a media player application. We do not provide, host, or control any video content. All content is delivered by third-party media providers whose subscriptions you add to the app. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or legality of streams provided by those services.

6. Children's Privacy

Bebz TV is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
